I did my water change and did the the strainer trick to try to get them to host and yes I know it's not safe but Iv done it in my old tank and it worked. Also have friends that have done it and worked. But I don't think my clowns want to host the anenome so I'm leaving it be. Just wanted to share.

did you try taping a picture near the nem of a clown in a nem? It's pretty simple and worth a try!

My clowns just host the whole left corner of my 92 corner bow front tank. They mainly host my large toadstool leather but she has also claimed the new elegance corals, my frog spawn, and the whole ricordea garden as her own.

you may have more luck with the bubble tip, but I wouldn't try the strainer again - many times, it just takes time - how long have you had the clowns and the anemones? what kind of clowns do you have - the one I can see is beautiful - a wyoming white?

ok, not even close on the wyoming white guess. they're really nice! I have two black and whites and both have lost their orange faces (I really kind of like the orange on the face). It took my clowns 4 months before the nem started hosting them. I know the picture idea sounds silly but I did do that and one was in after a week after 4 months of waiting. Obviously could very well have been a coincidence but you could try that :)
