Looks like it needs better lighting. That's just my opinion because it looks like it's stretching to the max in order to get the most light. But it does look big and healthy.
If your considering buying it? It looks like by the size of it you could probably expect it to split once introduced into your tank. Just a guess from my own experience, when bigger nems change environment they're more likely to split.

All depends. From my experience nems bubble when they have plenty of light and are happy.
Others say there's no way to know if they will stay bubbled or not?..... Both of mine are bubbled up beautiful. Just good lighting and hosting. Occasionally I feed them but I don't believe that matters at all if they're hosted.

It looks pretty healthy. I've had my bubble tip for 4 years, and it started off bubbly then the tentacles got long. It's just now started to get bubbly again. The couple different things I did recently changed in my tank was add extra flow with a powerhead and start dosing potassium and amino acids.

Yeah its stretching for light. I say a huge bta that someone on my local Club had that the foot was in the sand and the tentacles were almost out of the water! Lol it was biggest I've ever seen.
When she sold it I think it ended up splitting into 3 nems. Another bonus. :)
Here's my Rbta........
I've had it over a year and it's split once.

A blue bubble tip? Never seen one I guess? I know they have a blue haddoni on divers den. Not really a great starter nem.
