So every once in a while i see a single long brown tentacle attached to a random piece of LR.
I have googled aiptasia and non of the images look to match 100%. On image search they usually are many and look like small anemone.
The ones i have seen in my tank are always 1 clear brown tentacle. I think i posted a while back no one answered.

So this 1 long tentacle at one point was touching my red goni colony from a nearby rock and the Goni receded in that spot.
Since then i know whatever it is, is not good and whenever i see them i suck it up with a baster.

Every once in a while i will see another and just do the same.

Anyone?

yes the clear thing... worm?.... hmmm
i baste them off, literally suck them up completely and dump in overflow to go into socks...
They keep coming back here and there but not crazy.

When one of these touched my goni the goni receded in that spot.

No one? thats a better picture there on bottom... See how it is attached to the rock...
I've basted a few times and they come back. I am about to remove rock and scrub the crap out of it... or boil it...

Hard to tell from the pictures but I don't see any aptasia. The "string" you are seeing may be Vermetid snails. Google them and see if that's what you're seeing.

I cant say it is, google images are not doing it for me...
It may be... But they are brown flowy goo strings attached to the rock. I dont see any tubes they are coming from.
