Hello, I'm fairly new to the hobby after being out of it for about 12 years, What is the best way to get a Clown Fish to bond with an Anemone? I put an Anemone in tank about 10 days ago and my clown wont go near it, They are both healthy

Time.. And some Clowns just won't. My clowns OC's one took about a week or so but the newest one took 10 minutes. give them time they might find it sooner or later.

Agreed…it just takes time, if it happens at all. Mine took nearly three months before even noticing the anemone. Now they are inseparable. I even tried the taping pictures to the glass and playing videos (all ideas of which I found doing research just like you're doing), none of which worked.

I've tried some tricks and some have worked but I find its best to just wait. I understand how frustrating it can be. I've had clowns host anemones before it even hits the sand when I first place it in the tank, and I've had some that haven't hosted at all. I find it best to try to make it as "natural" as possible and find what they host in nature. My percs hosted my H.crispa in no time. It took a little over 2 weeks for my newest clowns to host my rbta.
