If those blueish ones are starting to show back up, I'm sure we will see the true blue guys come back too.

Sometimes they change color over time

Here is the earliest picture of Mr. Squirty that I could find (2006). Yes thats him in the foreground. Not really all that Blue.

So here is a shot of him from a year and a half ago. Where did the white lines go and boy did he turn Blue! He is even larger today.

The local guy I go to has several solid blue guys from 10-12". He's had then for a while and will only part with them for around 1k each. Pretty good investment for a $90-100 clam!

Glad to see someone elses squamosa with its mouth wide open. For a wile i thought there was something wrong with mine. I have 2 both over 1' and there mouth hangs open like yours in the pic. I started thinking it was problem. But they look very happy and are open just like yours. Is the one on the left a squamosa also? I have one with the same colors. Supper nice tank
