This will be my 4th reef system build to date. Retired my highly modified Red Sea Max back in June of 2013 to move into my new home. Been itching ever since to build my next reef tank. Always had my eye on doing a shallow reef. This particular tank, I chased for nearly a year before getting my hands on it. Bought this tank back in January. Spent 2.5 months with clean and prep before adding water.

Equipment list:
DBS Neo Nano Tank and Stand
ATI dimmable 6 T5 fixture.
Bulbs: 2 ATI Blue+ T5s/ 1 Korallaen-Zucht Coral Light Super Blue T5/ 1 Korallaen-Zucht Light II New Generation T5 / 1 ATI Purple Plus
2 LED Reef Brite blue Fixtures added to ATI Fixture for supplemental lights.
2 MP10WES synced wave pumps
Custom BAO Refugium Sump
200 micron filter sock
Sicce 3.0 return pump
Dual compact T5 bulb Fixture for refugium.
Compact florescent for utility light
Aquamaxx ConeS CO-1 Prot. Skimmer
Controller: RKE/ SL2/ 2 PC4 Bars
Tunze Osmolator 3155 ATO
Custom Kalk Reactor on standby to be added to system at a later date.

Tank put into Circulation 03/23/2014. All water in system from existing 580 Gallon system to help establish cycle. Live black sand used. Will start adding some live rock into refugium later in this week.

Worked with the rock-scape last night. just wasnt diggin the boulder rock look, so- i took it to the back patio and did the nano reefer thing- dropped it on a hard surface and made boulder rock into nano-friendly rock!
