I'm hand building an acrylic tank. 3/4 thick walls and 1/2 bottom with 3/4 euro braces. It will be 8 ft long 30 inches deep and 2 ft tall with external overflows. The stand will be steel 2 x 2 square tube 3/16 wall with 1/8 wall for supports across bottom of tank. Sump will be about 130 gallon total space guessing about 80 total volume when running. Sump will be made with translucent white bottom and back wall. With transparent yellow and blue baffling and clear front wall.

Sump will be slid in from side of stand. 6ft x 2 ft x 20 inches tall. Gives me 1 ft x 2 ft openings to access sump in stand
