120 gal DIY stand - Can it be done with the Aluminum T-slot

Any engineers out there that can help with weather this can be done or what size rails I would need. The company that I am most familiar with is 80/20. Can it be done?

Yep, that is where I saw it but in person. They are practically in my back yard, LOL. 80/20 has several dimensions I am going to try to use the 1/5 inch 1503. Will see what happens! They have a deflection calculator on their website but I am no engineer.

Just make sure that you design it so that the top sits on the legs, that way the bolts aren't having to hold up the entire weight of the tank. I think it will work just fine, but if it doesn't I have a Shop Vac you can borrow.

I'm not an engineer, but it can and was done. 1.5" square bars, 48"W x 36"H x 29"D. I posted some more pics in the DIY stand thread.
