Made some calls, PM'd a couple of people... and snap... I found a fellow local reefer to build me a stand for a fraction of the price they sell it online. Love these forums... so easy to connect to people in the hobby.

Nice, I would look for a Mag 3 with head pressure should put you close. (Or a Mag 5 which may be overkill and need to me throttled back with a ball valve or a Y to feed back into the return.) Then add to the flow from poweheads in the frag tank and providing better control. With the new pumps in the sump you may have to watch for temp increases as well. Cant wait to see it all together.

Thanks dHutcheson. I am having a guy build the stand as we speak. I am also buying AI Nano LED light from another reefer online. I contacted AI, and they said I would have to mount it higher but should be enough coverage for my size tank.

In regards to the return pump, I was looking at the Eheim 1260 or Mag 7. The only reason why I am looking for a larger size pump is because I am concerned with head loss. When I plumb the frag tank to the return pump in the DT sump, water will have to travel at least 6-7 feet across and 2-3 feet up. Additionally, I am planning to hard plumb (PVC) and will have to navigate behind my DT stand towards the frag tank, so there may be a couple of turns (not a direct path to the frag tank). Lastly, the flow will be split in two b/c there are 2 return bulkheads that I am attaching loclines too in the frag tank. Let me know what you think, if you think the Mag 3 or 5 would be enough. That would save me a lot of money and less energy consumption too.
