Best skimmer for 370 gal mixed reef

Hi guys,
Having trouble to find a good skimmer... My under tank clearance is only 27" and it is quite hard to adjust in sump skimmers in this space.
So I was thinking to use a external bectkett style skimmer next to the tank.
Any advice on this would be appreciated...

I'm a big fan of Reef Dynamics and if you have the cash I would recommend the XRC350 external recirculating skimmer ($1700). It has a 26" total height and you don't need any extra room to get the cup on and off.

Reef Octopus SRO 3000ext is the one I have. This skimmer pulls out all kinds of crap from my tank.

Don't forget
This is a must have to avoid a flood.
