I currently have an LED track light that runs on a simple on off timer that turns in at sunrise and off at 9:00 pm. I was wondering if there are any special needs like acclimation for corals if I want to upgrade my lighting to a new LED system that would have a dimming system like a Current USA orbit system.

Yes you should properly acclimate your corals when changing lighting. Also current just came out with a new orbit marine pro fixture, you should consider it.

Thanks, I was just naming a brand not a specific light, but I'll look into it. Do you have any ideas on acclimating then to a new light?
