Can anyone recommend a TDS probe from Spectrapure? Looking to add one so I can keep closer track of the lifespan on my membrane, resin, filters, etc.

They have a few types, all with similar pricing, so the choice isn't clear.

TDS-4TM, TDS-3 or AP-1 handhelds. For a little more money the COM-100 is the best handheld TDS meter in the hobby.

None. They are not truly ATC temperature compensated so can be significantly off, especialy on he low end whereaccuracy is important. Thye also lack the versatility and portability of a good handheld. They are dedicated to one, two or three places but with a hanheld you can test not only the three required places, tap, RO only and final RO/DI, but also your ATO storage, bottled water, LFS water, your buddies water etc. I own two dual inlines and never even turn them on, they never agree with my AP-1 or COM-100 whch are always very close to each other.
