Default dehumidifier ?

sorry my spelling sucks mods change if u like. my questioni have one taking up space in my fish room should i plug it in and let it do its thing or would that cause more evaporation? any pros or cons to my reef for doing this?

i use mine on a very slite occassion they do cause some heat,and if you have it in a close off area it will cause more evap on the tank.RJ

will increase the amt of evaporation.

to storage it goes then then extra heat and evap no thanks i have enough of those issues without another lol

I use one and would not go without it. My tank feeds the air with around 10gallons a day. I would imagine it would feed mold having all that water in the air.
