My mother purchased this piece from our lfs and it was labeled 'Green Long Polyp Leather Coral' but to me it looks like it may be an anemone. When I was placing it in the tank it stuck to my hand like an anemone would. I have tried to research it but I have not found anything that looks similar. If anyone has an idea please let me know. Thank you & I am sorry if the pictures are blurry.

Aghh if its petco its a Atlantic Carpet anemone and not a known host for clownfish. They can be aggressive and not very friendly towards clowns.

Does it have spots on the upper part of the base?

I don't see any spots but the base isn't all that visible. Are leathers sticky at all?

I also don't really see a mouth on it, but it could be hidden under the tentacles..

Leather are not sticky like anemones, try and piece of food on the outer edge and see if it closes on itself.

Im pretty sure its a atlantic carpet.
