What size tank do you have out of curiosity. With how big these guys get, you almost never see them in the hobby.

What are the dimensions going to be for that tank? That fish can get over 2 feet long.

Awesome fish. I have a miniatus grouper that was in a 150 for about six months. It's now in a 300 gallon. I would like to get a sweet lips in there too. Do you have a current pic? And how big is it after owning for a year and a half?

Got him when he was an inch big, I got all my fish as babies! But from an inch he grew to about 4-4/12"
I'll see if I have a pic in my new phone, if I do it's prob bad. I've tried other types of sweetlips but none would eat and died off on me, so this guy must be a miracle!!! But he was my first!

Just took them, I lost all my pics cause my old iPhone was acting up and apple swapped it before I got to backup my old pics, :(
Dori was about an inch as well, so cute to watch them grow

Personally I think he's still has way more than plenty of swimming room :)

How long have you had the Powder Blue and Powder Brown together? That's not a combo you see too often!

So cute

But tangs in my tank, I have:
1-powder blue tang
2-powder brown tang
3-hippo tang
4-2 yellow tangs
5-mimic tang
6-scopas tang
7-tomini tang
At one point I had 11 but they didn't get along to well so I had to catch them and sell :(
I sold a naso, Vlamingii naso, salifin and another chevron, they were just mean to the community

Very pretty fish, about how long is he now?

I have seen a powder brown and powder blue work together in a 90 corner, but I had a powder blue that hated being in a 125, so part of it is just getting lucky with the right fish.

Powder blue get very fisty, you can try with a new one and same size as the brown. Hopefully your brown has established a place in the reef
