Everythings same since day 1 up until now
But my fishes started to disappear recently without a trace and 2-3 days ago they started to have some kind of white particles on their skins and almost all of them died day by day
I took out all the live rocks for now and will try to do a general cleaning of the tank everything will go out

Research ICH. It is a fish parasite.

The thing that's bothering you is an invasive species of anemone called Aptasia. Not a welcome member to our tanks. Several ways to remove them. Research and choose the one that best suits you. AptasiaX works good.

Thanks but im in a middle of a battle right now
Since I am planning to change my sand to much more finer sand and this is happening right now might as well clean the whole tank and hope it will be gone too (x fingers)

Do you have any suggestions or advices or anything?

Wow 12 fish in a 40? Sounds like jumped in a little to fast. How long has this tank bee setup and what do you have for filtration? Sounds like it hasn't cycled fully and over loaded bio

Even if it is cycled 12 fish in a forty? Your crazy, especially a blue hippo. Shaking my head. The fish are definitely in a better place now as they were probably getting ammonia poisoned

Saltwater isn't like freshwater where you can take a bunch of stuff out clean it and put it back or just replace it. You are going to crash your tank and kill everything. Or am I wrong?

Could you also research Marine Velvet. To lose that many fish so soon, and assuming ammonia was not present, this is what I would be leaning towards. Ich can definitely kill fish, but not quickly IME.
