Cowfish fighter pilot

My baby cowfish keeps doing barrel rolls like a fighter jet. Is it sick? Playing? Is it a defense?

He could just be playing. They're known to be incredibly personable
I wouldn't say it's a defensive thing as most fish already know to stay away from something so toxic, so cowfish are usually pretty chill.
