Id... in sand

So I was doing a water change and I sucked up some sand and in 4 different locations I found this... under the sand. What is it?

it looks like feather duster worms (not sure if that's the correct term) but nothing to be concorned about

Ok cus the HOLE sand bed seems to be filled with them

Well I haven't seen any feathers on them

Do you see two long thin white tentacles coming out of each? I forget what they're called, but Ive got them too.

No nothing comes out of them
