So I put 10 medium/large Berghia Nudibranchs in my 125 gallon tank on June. 7th. I haven't seen one since then and I haven't seen a decrease in my Aiptasia either.

Should I continue waiting or was it likely a total loss?

It can take several months before you notice anything. As for them to be successful they must find one another to breed as there actual life span isn't that long.

But should I see them at all? I've inspected everything high and low and haven't seen one since I put them in!

Do you have any fish that may have eaten them? I'm thinking predatory wrasses etc.

Yes. Definitely! But I thought they'd still multiply fast enough with 10 in a 125. Naive miscalculation?

What fish do you have? It took about 6 months before I saw any in our 75. And we started with 6 in it.

I have two yellow Corris wrasses and they keep tabs on everything. I hope I'm just wanting them to clear it out too quickly. But I've never put something in my tank that I've never seen one of after two months. Maybe they're just the Hide and Seek World Champions. I just figured I'd see one by now.

When I put them in I put them in the overflows. Plenty of aiptasia and out of reach. I figured they'd reproduce before they were eaten.

I put 12 in a 210. I didn't notice any reduction for a few months. Then I thought it was getting better. After about 7-8 months I realized they were all gone. I never once saw a nudi in that entire time. I would give it a few more months before you call it a total loss

Then some may have survived. But have to be careful putting them in as the aptasia can kill and eat them as well

So, no kidding...I just saw the first Berghia since I put them in on June 5th! Only one but I thought they were gone! I hope there are more. They've got plenty to eat!

They come out to eat at night. They really show up easily under a blue light.
They will start consuming the Aiptasia that are the closest to their hiding place first, then venture out. You will rarly/never see them out in the day unless they are starving and looking for food.
If well fed, they will be blue in color. If they are hungry they are white.
It is recommended that they be released at night in the tank, to give them an opportunity to find a place to hide while fish are asleep.

Oh okay I do have quite the population of aiptasia! What are some other great ways to be-rid the pest that won't bother my corals?
