Ok so everyone has told me that I do not have Fish Babies... That they are Mysid shrimp...
While I had hopes they were clown babies, I only see them at dark with a flash light in tight crevices.

So my question is...
Where did these Amphipods and Mysid Shrimp come from?
The shrimp look completely different than the amphipods... in fact they still look like fish to me. The larger ones swim more calmly compared to the tiny ones racing back and forth.
For that matter, I think their may be a 3rd unidentified critter in the mix as well.
Living in the same tight space between my Crocea and the rock it is attached to are all of these Shrimp, there are a few larger black looking things that look like crawlers to me. They do not look like the Amphipods in the picture above and not like the shirmp either...
Any ideas?
Still confused as to where all these came from all at once...

they live in your substrate and rocks during the day time hours, and forage for food at night.
They are an important part of the eco system for your tank, helping break down biological processes inside your tank
Amphipods come in a few different sizes and shapes

What you took a picture of looks like copepods to me. They came from the rock you put in the tank most likely. They are really good to have
