I just noticed this little guy after doing my maintenance on my tank. Any ideas what this is? Thank very much in advance!

Astrea star fish. I would say harmless to everyone else except Zoanthids. They like to munchie on my high end Zoas :(

That's amazing. We also have 3 sandsifting starfish in our tank too. I wonder if he was a hitchiker :D

Definitely hitchhiker from the live rock. They can multiply real fast. If you break of one of the leg...couple days later it will become a new baby...try and see lol no kidding :)

I have a few in my tank, they have not touched a zoa yet, and it has been a year... Just know that there are two different types, one good and one bad... they are not able to be told apart for what I know of.
