Coral feeding....good advertising or awesome products?

I have been spot feeding my corals with Coral Frenzy powder and dosing with Seachem Fuel for about 3 months and i am running on empty. I have to say i do see awesome polyp extension and a great feeding response using this combo but now that my supply is running low i am wondering what everyone else uses to feed? There are a handful of products out there but i am curious to what products have people used and had great results.

I feed my lps with San Francisco Bay brand marine cuisine. The same food I feed my fish. But I occasionally will defrost a cube of that and mix it in with reef roids and spot feed with that.

Also wondering what's out there that produces the LEAST amount of phosphates if anyone wants to add to this thread
