Well that would be ideal. Is that how heads form? They look nothing like the top

I agree, new heads growing in. The new growth generally starts growing fast at that stage. Also, looks to be a frogspawn.

Agree on frogspawn and also agree on new heads forming. Most of the new heads I get are from splitting but there are always little guys growing on the side.

I agree with what the other said it's new heads my frogspawn has the same thing on it too when they get a Lil bigger you'll see the color come out on them
