Unless you bought it with one, it is just a mycedium. Several mycediums have been named and have been around awhile. A LFS having a named one without knowing it is likely, but name can't be traced. Many named look like un-named ones, especially when small frags. Most named I have seen are a brilliant metallic green or neon green. Your picture is using all blues so can't tell what color yours is.
