Flatworm or pod? please help

Found a lot of these guys in my refuge. If it's flatworm then how do I kill them. Thank you

After doing some research, I have found these type of flatworm seems to be harmless. Melanurus and mandarin will be the solution but I could be wrong

It does appear to be the harmless variety of FW.
