Actually you only get to see a small portion of the system here but you get the idea. Sorry for the extra blue but video doesn't filter very well.

Zip lock baggy..............Nah, actually have a submersible camera housing. It makes it a lot easier to get close and not having to use a box and tripod speeds things up quite a lot too.![]()
Way to go Frank! I saw the post this morning and tried the zip lock baggy technique with my new hd camera before work.. You could have told me I needed to seal the top before it took its first and last dive...
Only kidding, that would be terrible haha! Thats a really nice setup though, how big are the other tanks comapared to the one in the video?

hahaha WOW!!! I was taken back right when you plunged the camera in the water! SHOCKED! amazing and yet peaceful...
And he dives right in! haha
that's bad ****..makes me feel like i'm snorkeling. great job
Got to be different! I don't know about the rest of you, but my tanks are the next best thing to scuba diving. The real benefit, I don't have to worry about running out of air! This is one of 3 tanks that are 16 ft long, 4 ft wide. and there are still more, but those are the big boys. I wanted something different so that you can REALLY SEE a bit of what we are doing, and bringing to the hobby. I wondered how many people would think that I just plunged a video camera straight into the water. I love this camera set up, I just wish the video setting would filter out a little more of the blue.
Hey Brad,
I haven't forgotten about you, but now you can see how I can get a little lost in the tanks. I have a number of pics for you guys, I hope your wife to be is supportive of this hobby.![]()
I couldn't agree more it really is the next best thing. Ya I have the same problems with my camera from the outside but can't really do much about that yet, let me know if you figure something out. Ya with three of those huge tanks I can easily see how you get lost and busy over there, heck with my 75 it's easy enough for me haha.
