I just ordered some Chinese LEDs off eBay. I'm expecting them in the mail today. I've seen good reviews on them and you can get them for around $80-90 each. They are dimable and each one covers 2ft of tank so I got 2 for my 4ft tank.

Evergrow it's advertised as a 165w system but the power supply is only 120w. But the LEDs are 3w and full spectrum with blues and full spectrum having different dimmers and power chords. I can get you a link.

Yeah I'd run 2, that's only 8" shorter than my tank and I'm gonna be running two. I just got em in the mail today and they are just as advertised. I held them above my tank and they make my zoanthids pop out like crazy!!! Mushrooms look great too. Have to find a way to mount them though. They come with a hanging kit but I don't think the land lord would enjoy me putting holes in the ceiling.. Haha
