So i am soon to be purchasing the cad light artisan 2 70 gallon rimless tank setup the dimensions are L35.5 W23.5 H18 and i have 2 a150w kessil 15k on my tank atm that i will be switching out and was wondering if i could use those lights for the tank or will they be to weak? Its mainly softies and lps that i have in there with 2 BTA and the only sps i plan to have in there are monti caps that are growing all over one of my rocks plz help and reply

Thanks guys was worried it wouldn't be enough will probably upgrade a little further down the road but didn want that cost atm :)

Many types of montipora do well in medium/low light from my experience (~150 PAR). Granted, some do better at 250. I'm also a big fan of supplementing LEDs with T5s. The two Kessils hanging between two two-bulb T5 HO fixtures would look nice IMO. Plus that would even out your lighting across the tank so you could fill up the little nooks and crannies with corals.
