I just got a new ati powermodule led t5 combo for a 100 gallon tank. 48x24x20h.
It will be mostly lps with chalices acans and favias. Ido want to add a few acros.I have two blue and two purple t5s.
what percentage should I run the t5s and leds. I am running the demo mode now with just live rock and I want to get rid of the red.
Gonna check some par readings tonight. how do most people run the light cycle? what comes on first the leds or t5s and how long?

How many bulbs?

I have the 24" 8 bulb started it out around 70 percent and gradually bumped it up over the course of a year wasn't in a hurry.

I run the leds first ramping up over 2 hours then 4 of the bulbs ramp up another 2 hours. Then all run 4 hours and back down again.

I do not use any of the leds other than the blues as well.

Thanks for the reply. I have 4bulb t5. 3 leds. I am going to take par readings of my current running frag tank. I have a maxspect razor over it.I will try and match the par levels on those frags.
