Reef Brite Mini Mag

Does anyone have experience with the Reef Brite Mini Mag light? Trying to figure out if this would light a fuge and/or a frag section in my sump.

I used a single Current USA PowerBrite LED 10K to light a 12" x 5" x 10' refugium. I never tried cheato, but it grew the heck out of caulerpa.
