Maybe it's because I'm looking at it over a galaxy s4 phone but it doesn't look like a metalic green hammer to me. But there are so many varieties in colors and even the tip shapes of the hammers.

This is a new baby metalic green branching hammer that I have and a purple and green

What are your water parameters? It might just need a little time to get used to your tank. Did it look green in the store and what lighting was it under there?
