Baby Acanthophyllia Developing?

I have an Acanthophyllia. Today was doing a general inspection of the health of my corals and noticed a small cone like shaped object coming from under my meat coral. It is at the base where the flesh of the coral meats the coral exactly. I hadn't noticed it when I first bought the coral.

Tagging along. I have something very similar looking, but more translucent, on the side of my elegance.

From what i saw there were literally hundreds of types. Sea squirts, sponges that family hundreds of types. Body translucent, ballon like appearance and small hairs at top seems to be the basic way to determine
