If you want to let me borrow that light for 6 months, so I could give a testimonial of how it works, just let me know.

Maybe we can persuade Orphek to team up with us again on another giveaway.

We haven't received that data, but we've reached out to Orphek in hopes they can supply it to us. We'll let you know what they say!

Orphek informed us Dr. Sanjay Joshi tested PAR for their PR156 LED fixtures and that PAR for the Nilus is nearly the same (+/-).

They are willing to do spectro tests at 100%, 90%, 80% (etc.) see you can get a better idea of the light's performance while dimmed, if you're interested.

Lemme throw my .02 in as well
Take a look at the link:

    http://orphek.com/led/2011/12/par-test-led-lighting/

    T
    his is from Orphek themselves:

" there is 3000 PAR output so total output is about 180,000 PAR i dont think there is any light with this output of par."

'Dr Sanjay did a par map for PR156 the par will be + or - "

Straight from their mouth. I hope this helps!
    Thanks y'all,

I think that would be very helpful data. I always wondered how dimming affects PAR and spectrum. But I am really liking what I see so far from this fixture!

Hi again, Reefing8EZ. We emailed Orphek to request the test results. We'll post their response as soon as we hear back.
