Hey Everyone!

My boyfriend and I just started our saltwater tank a little over a month ago. Found this forum and just read and learned as much as I could before joining since we started having questions that we couldn't find answers to. So far this forum has been great and everyone is really nice! From Frederick, MD and learning as we go! We currently have a 55 gallon.

Thanks for the welcome!! I just learned of WAMAS today and joined there earlier tonight! It's nice to find people close that have the addiction to this as well.

Lots of Frederick people here. I'm just north of libertytown off Rt26. Don't be shy. Wamas has been instrumental in my reefing success. Best and most active club in the area.

Also check out wamas.org. It's a more local board with some of the same great people. That will get you your more local suggestions. What type of a tank do you have. Heavy fish or a coral loaded tank.

We've had it set up for about a month and a half or so and just added 2 Clarkii clowns and a lawn mower blenny. We also have an emerald crab and a few blue legged hermits and turbo snails. Its a 55 gallon and gonna be more fish with a couple corals.

Tank is going good. We started to add fish but ended up with an Ich outbreak. Tank is now sitting empty until middle of June :(. We set up a QT and have our one surviving goby in there.
