I made the decision over the Christmas break to finally upgrade my little 55 gallon, after debating between a 75 or a 93 cube, I figured I would go all out on a 120 gallon (yes I know its not that huge but it is for a college student.) I've been slowly ordering the equipment and everything I will need. So here's my place to document it!!

My build as planned will consist of a 120 gallon display, with a 40 breeder DIY sump.

Got the skimmer in, looks pretty big sitting in the 40breeder, still have to design my sump, not sure on which way I want to go with this, any suggestions?

Is it possible to have too big of a return section?

VERY NICE Paul, really turning out well. Going to be a 'Stunner' I'm sure when complete.

Thanks guys for the compliments! Hopefully should have the plumbing done in a couple days, so I should be right on track with it being complete by the 15th!
