I tried not to post this until it was complete, but couldn't resist. Below is a list of tanks specs and equipment. Photos and progress to follow. I currently have a 120g set up, but will be transferring within a week. Enjoy

Built and installed the overflow box. The box is 20"x3" and has 2 L brackets installed 6" from surface. A frag rack will wrap around the box and slip into the brackets.

Now for the stand. Its 40"tall by 60 wide. There is a trim piece that will cover up the black aquarium trim. There will be a floating canopy that will attach to the wall. The canopy will sit 14" off rim of tank.
The stands skeleton is make out of 1.5" square tubing. Its primed and sprayed with polyurethane to seal it off.

I will be painting the stand and canopy all white. Hopefully starting tomorrow. Stay tuned for more progress updates.

Applied first coat of paint tonight. 2 might do it. Ill fine sand then wax it down. Thanks everyone.

Got second coat on. This thing is looking real nice. Going to build cabinet doors with glass inserts this weekend. Also hoping to do a test run with all of the plumbing. Is it ok to run tap water through system?
