Tank Sitting

I will be going out of the country for a week towards the end of March. Can anyone recommend a tank sitting company maybe an aquarium maintenance company or something? It seems murphy's law always hits when out of town and I prefer someone coming buy that knows tanks. I also have some hungry fish that like to eat.
