Here's my Nuvo 38. Been setup for a few months now.

Cleaner Shrimp, Fire Shrimp, Pistol Shrimp, 4 Hermit Crabs, Breeding Snails

My 38 with gen 2 radion mated pair yellow headed jawfish 2 neon gobies so far! Right now it has gained all my softies which isn't many but they are happier in this tank
