That's for sure. Nothing comes easy though. Going to get this tank back on track even if it's the death of me!

So my update was way to early.

Here is what I actually lost.
Both my clownfish, my chalk basslet.

My Red Head Goby is clinging to life it seems.

I am completely unsure what happened...

Some pics of my CuC. You can see the Amphipods are out, Snails are eating. Added a bit of food to get things moving a bit.
Saw a small bristleworm. I had a MONSTER in the tank at some point. So waiting to see if he rears his head.

Also. Anyone wanna ID that snail for me? He's MUCH larger than a standard Nassarius he has two siblings; maybe three. I saw three today.

I guess it all depends on what you are planning on keeping in the tank this time. They will munch on other snails and possibly clams.

Tank has cleared up. It's looking really well, I added a few blue legged hermit crabs and a Scarlet Hermit.

My corals are bouncing back.

Only problem I am having right now is that my Pistol Shrimp keeps taking the spare shells I leave for the Hermits. I see a turf war in the future.

So... One of my three Zebra Dartfish tried a suicide jump this morning. Hit the hood and went back down. He is the smallest of the trio.
The other two have been flashing at each other and rubbing on each other. So it got me to do some research.
I read the article and I don't think they are spawning, but their behavior is driving the little one away! They do take turns hiding in their cave.

So the war between my pistol shrimp and hermit crabs ended with a victory for the Pistol Shrimp. Scarlet Reef was found dead this morning and the Blue Legs are minimal.
Picked up 12 astrea snails though! Got rid of one Olive Snail waiting for the other two to surface so I can remove them too.
