So my supplies have started to come in. Im excited to finally be going live with my tank after all the planning. Only things left is small items and my dry rock(which will be seeded),led, and some supplies from members here.

Task this week plumb and plumb. Wet test for my diy sump went good need to tweak minor.

JOIN THE CLUB, 40g breeder. im making my way to 4 months old now. Its been really fun, but just got slow myself down on buying corals. lol

Just started my first any kind of tank it's a salt water only three days old no fish. Have hawaiian black live sand with one live rock and planing to get more, just starting off with a 20gallon tank to see how it goes. Any tips

Update so my current orbit LED and 40pounds of Carbsea S. sea dry rock came in today i will be aquascaping this week will post pics soon.

Cant wait. Being new myself (7months ) ive made huge crucial mistakes like going too fast. Research everything and.tank your time 6 weeks min for your tank to cycle. Dont rush.it ! And best advice i got from here. Dont do what others want or like to be cool. Do what you want to do. Imma follow.this thread cant wait to see progress

Thanks ill keep it updated my sump had been soaking in saltwater for a couple days to get anything bad out the silicone since i used 100% not sure if it was aquarium safe just a precaution. After that its a practice run before my saltwater goes in
