Recently had an outburst of ugly green coraline algae. Was id as coraline in another thread. So I bought a scraper for the coraline (and some phosguard for the other stuff) Using my scraper, I scraped the glass of the tank. It's looking better. I need to get a sponge to clean up around the edges so I don't cut into the silicone corners, but now, after scraping with my razor, I've got these strips and chunks of algae laying on the sand bed and rocks. The chunks are too heavy to come up with my siphon and can't pick it out manually because it's all in the rock work. SO.... how do I get rid of that??? Will the CUC eat it now? It was pretty coarse when scraping it off. It won't just.. disintegrate will it? :crossedlips:
