New to marine tanks

Recently I've notice little tiny white creatures crawling on the glass there's loads of them the tanks has been set up for 4 months now is this normal or should I be worried also my rock is turning neon green is this normal too?

the green most likely is algae growing from the phosphate leaching from the rock. You may not be able to detect it in the water test but it is there and that is where the algae grows during the cycle/startup. If you have a microscope you can provide some details of the shape, if not you can look here Melev's Reef to see if it matches something on his site.

Are all these good signs the tank is doing ok I had a clown fish that died think it had parasites an didn't treat it I was gutted but the shrimp is doing ok shed about 6 time an so have the dwarf hermit crabs.
