Identification on Live Rock

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this so sorry in advanced. I am having trouble trying to identify these little tentacle like things. I noticed a couple on a piece of live rock when I first started my tank in September. But now they're everywhere! When they're not extend they look like little cactuses and when they extend they're about an 1" to 2". If you need more photos I can try, but it's really hard trying to focus on them.

I have never seen bryopsis personally but I hear it is really tough to get rid of. My first impression when I saw the pic is a digitate hydroid. Try googling that and see if the pics look similar. Digitate hydroids are easier to get rid of.

I think you might be right about the hydroid. The picture isn't clear, but it definitely has the same characteristics.

Yes, on my phone screen it looked very green and had the fern like structure, but after a harder look and being that it's singular, I definitely agree. My apologies for the miss ID.
