Hi guys and good evening! I recently (4 days ago) bought a golden torch and my halloween hermit crab looks like hes eating at it. I'm not sure because the gent from the store cut it off of a colony and so its got some skeleton exposed, should I putty up the skeleton spots? Is it possible for halloween crabs to pick at just one coral? I have about 7 corals in my tank and he doesn't mess with any of them, he does tend to enjoy throwing my Zoa off of the cliff he's on (hes still on a plug, not putty down yet). Anyways I'm just checking to see if I'm paranoid about this Halloween crab or if he's really looking to get evicted. Thanks for the help!!

I have seen the Halloween hermits eating coral skeleton.I would cover up the exposed area place the coral in a hard to reach area.He may still need a eviction notice.
