noticed this weird thing in my tank today it's the size of a bb looks like a brownish yellow bubble and has multiple "specs" of darker brown in the center of it.... This is the crazy part.. It pulses randomly and pretty quickly almost looks like the way a jelly fish swims but quicker weirdest thing I have ever seen it's directly in the center of my tank in a rock seep ration under moderate/ high lighting I have a black ray shrimp goby a o.clown 6line skunk cleaner shrimp and a cleanup crew hermits/emerald/ snails coral includes soft polyps lps and a sps (candy apple birds nest directly above it) all my water conditions are right and weekly water changes are done can someone please tell me what this thing is ?!

Hard to tell from the pic, but from your description, I'm guessing sponge. If it is, then it's harmless. I get them growing in my rocks too.
