What should I do so that I can use my old rock on a new build?

So I'm doing a new tank and debating the use of my old sand / rock. I had a ich outbreak months back and also have a few apistasia in the old tank. My questions are how to clean my old rock and sand so I can make sure there is no ich or apistasia transferring to the new tank. I'm going to be adding some more "live sand" when I setup the tank. Fiji pink and also some nice live rock pieces. Large tank so my budget will take a hit if I'm buying 100 lbs of rock. So...... just freshwater soak and rinse? Bleach? Peroxide? Vinegar? What will ensure clean. This seems to have been a topic I've read but can't seem to find info I want today.

Well no one jumped in so I'm bleaching it right now. Water bleach and a power head. I'll let it go overnight than scrub real good. Probably only going to use half of it as base rock in the new build.

I think vinegar is what u wanna be using.... I think I read it on r2r... I will be setting up a bigger tank soon myself and may need to sanitize all the old rock that used to be in it.... try Google and search r2r as well

Bleach will be fine, but be sure to allow it to dry out completely for several days in the sun if possible (longer the better if your not in a hurry) and then thoroughly rinsing before reintroducing into your new system

I used muriatic acid to clean the rocks I stored in my yard for a few years. I like them more now!

If you used bleach you should soak it in a declorinator then let it completely dry and if you still smell bleach at all repeat
