Hi, I was looking into building a new 3 chamber sump, I was going to make my new one so that the center chamber would be an anemone propagation tank with new live sand and a new bio pure filtration block. I was wondering if I swapped out the sumps while doing a water change if I would have any issues with a re cycle? I would keep all the LR that is in the current sump completely submerged in water while doing the change.

My only worry is that the tank would re cycle and take out all my sps corals. Any thoughts or past experiences?

Also if this is a go what kind of led would you recommend for a small anemone tank roughly 14"x12.5"x12" also what kind of flow?

I added a 15 gallon refugium with new sand and water to my 90gal tank and I didn't see any sort of cycle. I guess it all depends on water volume. I used "live sand" too if that makes a difference
