Ok, now I am a collector, so I do like the high end pieces too, but I don't think a coral has to be rare or expensive to be cool! What are your favorite "common" corals? Which are the ones that people often look past but deserve to be noticed? (In fact, lots of these used to be the "flavor of the month" but then fell out of trend bc they'd been around a while and were propagated.)

Some of my favorites are:
  • Whammin Watermelons
  • Radioactive dragon eyes
  • Miami hurricane Chalice
  • Sunset monti
  • Some of the cap montis
  • Nuke green button polyps
  • Toadstool leathers
What are some of yours?

ORA Red Goniopora. Nice looking and good growing. An easy goniopora isn't easy to find, except this one!

Those regular old red and green candy canes :) One of my favourite corals and they look amazing in huge colonies!
