Good scavengers that play an important role so long as your tank isn't over run with them they are great. I temd to make a trap amd catch the larger ones if I can otherwise I just don't worry about them. Don't touch it or you will never touch one again let me tell you...hahaha

Yes..That is a Bristleworm. They are quite common in a reef tank and do not usually cause problems .

Thats the only one ive seen to be honsst i did get rid of 2 green ones about 6 months ago havent seen another till just now
