Question if you have a power head over a coral not hiting the coral but the water current flows over the coral will that stop the coral from opening completely, actualy not opening but streching completely reason since i put my pump over my kenya the part under the flow has stoped streching the other side reaches the water level it gets huge.

If the water flow (either directly or near by) is too high, some corals will not fully extend... maybe consider moving the coral or if that's not possible the powerhead.

How big is the tank, can you go with a smaller sized pump in that area, moving the bigger pump elsewhere?

From the picture you posted it doesn't look like it's getting too much flow.
